Achievements:

  • In 1999 she graduated from Donetsk State University, in the speciality “Law”.
  • In 2003 she graduated from Dnipropetrovsk National University, in the speciality “Public Service”, Master in the field of Public Administration.
  • In 2018 she graduated from Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus, in the specialty “International Economic Relations” (Master).
  • She has been working at Donetsk National University (renamed Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus) since 2002 at the Faculty of Law (formerly called the Faculty of Economics and Law).
  • In 2014, she headed the joint department, and since 2016 she has been the head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law and Administrative Law.
  • In 2013 she defended her candidate dissertation on “The evolution of the social function of the modern state: the theoretical and legal aspect”, specialty 12.00.01 – Theory and History of State and Law; History of political and legal doctrines “Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine” (Kyiv).
  • In 2015 she received the academic title of associate professor of the theory and history of state and law and administrative law.
  • She is a member of the Academic Council of the Faculty and the Academic Council of the University; member of the editorial board of the scientific professional journal “Legal Chasopis of Donetsk University” (Ukraine) and the scientific publication “Economic and Law paradigm of modern society” (Slovakia); supervisor of graduate students, opponent of dissertations.
  • She is the author (co-author) of draft concepts and legislative acts, including the Concept of legal support for the development of environmental entrepreneurship (“green” economy) and the draft Law of Ukraine “On environmental entrepreneurship (“green” economy)”, as well as an expert in preparing conclusions for the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
  • She has more than 110 published independently or co-authored works, of which:
  • 33 scientific works (among them 3 collective monographs “Modern researches: progress of the legislation of Ukraine and experience of the European Union”, “Actual problems of ensuring sustainable development of the state and law” and “Legal support of environmental entrepreneurship” (“green” economy)”, publications in Scopus, 15 scientific articles and 14 thesis);
  • 5 textbooks (one of which is co-authored in English – “Law of the European Union”);
  • more than 75 educational and methodical works (among them educational and methodical materials, some of which in English (“Manual on individual learning methods and individual studies, practical learning”), two reference books, a collection of test tasks) and others.

Main directions of scientific interests are: legal welfare state, issues of state functions (especially the social function of the state and its evolution in modern conditions); rule of law; sources of law; problematic issues of administrative law and administrative process (litigation), administrative responsibility, public (state) management (administration) and public service in Ukraine and EU member states, legal families of Europe; legal support for the development of environmental entrepreneurship (“green” economy); legal support of socio-economic development of the country; legal education of lawyers.
